The client had a strong market presence across 4 major cities in Ukraine and was previously working with a large agency. The challenge was to transition to our boutique, personalized approach without losing momentum. The goal was strictly focused on scalable growth to support the opening of new local delivery hubs.
We conducted a comprehensive audit of all ad accounts and a deep analysis of the target audience. We entirely rebuilt the ad campaign structures, shifting the approach to sales generation and warm audience retention. By executing over 100 research iterations, we continuously tested new hypotheses and refined our tactics to maximize ROI.
Transitioning from broad campaign structures to a precise, audience-specific approach revealed capacity the previous agency had left on the table. By rebuilding how we engaged with both new and returning customers, we grew order volume through a period that typically sees the opposite.
Starting from a peak-season baseline of 38,200 orders, we scaled the business to 42,500 orders per month during the off-season, driven entirely by paid traffic. The Cost Per Action (CPA) increased by a mere 15% and remained strictly within the required KPI. Achieving this growth during a traditionally slow period highlights the true robustness of the system.
